Join Hackensack Theatre Company at HACPAC on June 30 for an evening of music, featuring homegrown talent and stars from the screen and Broadway stage, headlined by two familiar faces to musical theater aficionados.
Kimberly Marable is a Broadway performer currently in Disney’s The Lion King. Additional Broadway and touring credits include The Book of Mormon, Sister Act, Dreamgirls, Hairspray, and The Wedding Singer. Kimberly‘s musical theater career began on a very different Broadway stage – our very own 39 Broadway, where she co-starred in Hackensack Theatre Company’s 2006 production of Dreamgirls at the Hackensack Cultural Arts Center. In 2012, Ms. Marable cofounded Broadway Serves, which provides theater professionals with community service opportunities.
New Jersey’s own Shanice Williams is a 21-year-old singer and actress best known for her leading role as Dorothy in NBC’s The Wiz Live!, where she starred alongside Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, David Alan Greer, and Uzo Aduba, to name a few, which was seen by 11.5 million people in its initial 2015 broadcast. She starred in HBO’s Manic (which earned her an award for Best Actress in a Drama at the New York Television Festival) and has appeared in Nickelodeon’s Sunny Day, and on the soundtrack to Polkadots: The Cool Kids Musical.
Premium ticket pricing for At Home on Broadway includes seating in the first three rows and a special meet-and-greet opportunity after the show.
